From registration to withdrawal
Six steps. Each one has to be completed before the next becomes available, and none of them can be skipped.
Registration
You create a personal account with your legal name, date of birth, email, Ontario address and a password. One account per person: duplicate accounts are closed when we find them, because limits and self-exclusion are worthless if somebody can simply open a second account.
You are asked to set a deposit limit during registration rather than later. That is deliberate, and it is a requirement of the Registrar's Standards: the moment to decide what you are willing to spend is before you start.
Identity & Age Verification
We verify who you are and that you are old enough. The minimum age is 19. You submit a government-issued identity document, and the details on it must match the details on your account.
Until verification is complete, the real-money area stays closed. If the document does not match, or the date of birth shows you are under 19, the account is closed and any deposit is returned to its source.
Location Verification
Before real-money play, you must confirm you are physically located in Ontario. Your browser asks your permission to share its position, and our servers test that position against the provincial boundary.
A passed check is valid for a limited period and is then repeated. If you decline the permission, if the position falls outside Ontario, or if your device cannot report a precise enough position, real-money play stays unavailable. We store the verdict and its expiry, not your coordinates.
Deposits
You fund your account in CAD using Interac, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or a supported online banking method. The payment method must be in your own name.
A deposit that would take you past a limit you have set is declined rather than reduced to fit, so you always know where you stand.

PayPal Online Banking Playing
You choose a game, place a bet, and the result follows the rules of that specific game. Outcomes are produced by a certified random number generator, or by physical equipment in the case of live dealer tables. Neither we nor you can influence a result once a bet is placed.
Every game publishes its return to player: the proportion of all money staked that the game returns to players over a very large number of rounds. It describes the game's long-run behaviour, not your session.
Withdrawals
A withdrawal goes through four stages: you make a request, we complete verification checks, the request is processed, and the funds are paid to you.
How long that takes depends on your payment method and on the checks required, which is why we do not offer instant or guaranteed withdrawals and would not believe an operator who claimed to. Funds normally return to the method you deposited with. If verification raises a question, we will tell you what we need and why.
19+. You must be physically located in Ontario to play. Please play responsibly.
Gambling is entertainment that costs money, not a way to earn it. Set your limits before you start, and use only money you can afford to lose.
